Disclaimer
What's on this site is general information about how we work. Read this before you rely on any of it.
General information only
The content on this website, including our process descriptions, case studies, statistics, and any templates or sample materials, is provided by Navi Marketing Co. for general information only. We keep it accurate to the best of our knowledge, but we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, about its completeness, accuracy, or suitability for your situation. Any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.
Not legal, financial, or tax advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing here creates a professional or advisory relationship. Marketing decisions often touch pricing, contracts, hiring, and requirements specific to your industry. Talk to your own qualified advisors before acting on any of those.
Results are not guaranteed
Case studies, statistics, and results referenced on this site, such as client growth numbers, response-time improvements, and ad performance, describe outcomes for specific clients under specific conditions: their market, offer, budget, timeline, and starting point. They illustrate what fractional marketing can do. They are not a promise of any particular result for your business. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your product, your sales process, and your budget.
Illustrative examples
Sample deliverables, frameworks, and process visuals shown on this site, including our audit-to-scale method, are illustrative. The actual scope, sequence, and deliverables of an engagement are set out in your own agreement with us and may differ from what is shown here.
No warranty
All content on this site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navi Marketing Co. will not be liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or reliance on any content on it.

Back to topPrivacy Policy
A short, plain policy for a marketing site. We collect what you send us, and we do not sell your information.
Scope
This policy explains how Navi Marketing Co. ("Navi," "we," "us") handles information in connection with the website at navimarketingco.com. This is a marketing site for our fractional marketing services. It does not host an account system or process payments directly on the site.
Information we collect
Information you send us
When you reach out through our contact form or by email, for example to request an audit, book a call, or download a resource, we receive what you choose to share: your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message, such as your industry and what you're looking for help with.
Standard server information
This site is hosted by Squarespace. Like most web hosts, it automatically records standard technical information when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages visited, for security, reliability, and basic traffic measurement.
Cookies and analytics
We may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and standard marketing tools such as retargeting pixels, to understand site traffic and to run our own marketing. Where these are in use, they may set cookies in your browser. If that changes in a way that requires a cookie banner or additional disclosure under applicable law, we will add one and update this policy.
How we use information
We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, provide the audit, proposal, or resource you asked for, and follow up about your request, including by email. We use aggregate technical and analytics information to keep the site secure, understand traffic, and improve our own marketing. We do not use your information for automated decision-making about you.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as our hosting, email, and CRM providers, only as needed for them to perform that work, or where required by law.
Data retention
We keep correspondence and contact information for as long as needed to handle your request, follow up on a potential engagement, and for ordinary business records, then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address below. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, to delete, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. To exercise any right, contact us and we will respond as required by law.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending sensitive information, such as financial account details, by email.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

This site links to websites operated by others. Their privacy practices are their own. Review their policies when you visit them.
